Work Terms

• We do not do 'Spec' work. The work samples on our site should give you an idea of the kind of work we do.
• We do not work for free in the hope of publicity or future benefits. Don't even ask.
• We do not do ghost work. It takes time, effort and talent to do good work and we prefer to be acknowledged for it. All work done by us must be correctly attributed to us.
• Before we undertake your project, we require a signed work contract detailing the work to be done, copyright information, time frame for completion, payment amount, method of payment, contact information and any other pertinent details.
• We charge by project, not by hour. Rates differ according to project. Please contact with details about your project to get an estimate.
• We require 50% upfront payment prior to beginning any project and 25% payment after the work is half-way completed. The remaining 25% is payable upon completion of the project, prior to final work submission.
• We accept payment by PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
• We offer up to four writing, design and illustration revisions. Any changes beyond that will be charged. Please note, revision does not translate to reworking entire project.
• We appreciate your ideas and input. However, please do not inquire about reproducing or tweaking existing art, designs, illustrations and content. We do not plagiarize and we do not rework other peoples' creative work.
• For promotional purposes, we reserve the right to display or link to work done, and, in web design and development, to place a link to our site.
